Delta Autos of Wimbledon - Specialist Projects
In 2008 we were approached to help in a charity event to mark Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday. Mercedes Benz donated a car which was hand printed by local children and autographed by celebrities. We had the task of preparing the car before the signing and lacquering and finishing the car after. It was then presented to the 46664 Foundation at the Birthday Concert in Hyde Park, who then auctioned it. The project was a challenge, as the initial phone call came on Monday afternoon and the car had to be photographed completed
on Thursday afternoon.
